To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and accessories).

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
